Night one
Saddle up
- Set Claude up the right way, from a blank account.
- Connect your email and your calendar.
- Write the ground rules: what it can read, what it can draft, and what it never touches.
Night two
Ride
- Build your morning brief and put it on a schedule.
- Teach it to draft replies that sound like you.
- Hook in one tool you already use, then leave with it running.
You build yours on your own laptop while I build mine on screen. If you get stuck, we fix it before we move on. Nobody gets left at the trailhead.

What you'll need
- A laptop, Mac or Windows.
- Claude Pro, $20 a month, paid to Anthropic. It's the only software you need.
- Your email and calendar logins.
- Zero coding experience. Really.

FAQ
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Everything happens in Claude's normal app with plain-English instructions. If you can send an email, you can do this.
Which email and calendar does this work with?
We set up Gmail and Google Calendar live. Using Outlook or something else? Reply to your confirmation email before night one and I'll tell you straight whether it works with this setup.
Why do I need Claude Pro?
The connected features this setup uses need a paid Claude plan. Claude Pro is $20 a month, paid to Anthropic, separate from the workshop.
Is my email safe?
Claude only gets the access you give it. On night one we write the ground rules together, and in this setup nothing gets sent until you read it and approve it.
What if I miss a night?
You still get the replay of both nights, so you can catch up and build along. Live is better, though: that's when I can fix what breaks on the spot.
What happens after the workshop?
Your ranch hand keeps working. You'll also get an invite to the Ranch, where we meet around the Campfire each week and build the next thing together.
